Hey, I’m Nikki Southard, REALTOR®, education junkie, wife, girl mom, and DIY-obsessed home organizer.

You’ll usually find me with coffee in hand, working from my home office, digging into new strategies to better serve my clients. I’ve been in real estate for 17+ years, and what I’ve learned is this: great communication, strong organization, and mutual trust are the secret sauce to a smooth transaction.

We started off with a simple, no pressure chat over coffee and she was so informative and made this process seem much less daunting than I anticipated. I quickly decided we were going to stick with her as our agent. She was upfront and honest about potential setbacks, checked in regularly and was very responsive when we had questions. It took us less than 2 months to find a property, put in an offer and close escrow which was quite the task but Nikki made it so seamless.
